Scheduling- Dropping a Shift

Omni allows shifts to be dropped 48 hrs before the start time.
  1. To drop hours before 48 hrs of the start of the shift. go to Humanity and click on Shift Planning
                               
  1. Select the shift you want to drop
                     

  1. On the pop-up, click Can't Work
                

  1. You will then pick between Trading your shift or dropping your shift.
             
  1. If you decide to drop your shift, you will select Drop Shift and then confirm it. 
            

What is Shift Adherence?
  1. GBA Selected Hours vs. GBA Worked Hours
    1. Goal of 95% Adherence to maintain Omni platform access.

  1. If you are unable to work your shift and it is past the 48-hour drop window, you must inform your team support in Teams (GSA or SMEs)
  2. Shifts not worked will be counted towards GBA Hours Adherence.
