Dropping a Shift Outside of the 48-hour Window

Step 1: Notify your Team!
  1. Post in your Projects' Teams Channel
  2. Tag your fellow GBAs and SMEs in your notification with the '@' option
Step 2: Perform a Shift Swap if Available
  1. Reach out to peers and see if anyone would like to swap shifts
  2. Check with team members to see if anyone would like to pick up an extra shift
Step 3: Stay within 95% Adherence
  1. Utilize shift trades or swaps to stay within the 95% AQdherence policy
  2. Ensure that your shift, drops, swaps, or trades are always approved by a GSA or SME
