Omni SRW - Error Messages and Best Practices

Sometimes as you are logging into SRW, you might get an error (like the one pictured below) or you might get put into a "login loop".



Step 1: In the Banner that says Central US  (or East US) click the three dots and click Unsubscribe



Step 2: A box will pop up. Click Continue. 



Step 3: Click Update Available. As best practice, its best to click this at the beginning of every shift.



Step 4: It might look like nothing happened, but it did. Double Click on the Middle Red Icon. If nothing pops up, look at the bottom of your screen and click on the red button thats says remote desktop. 


Step 5: Click Subscribe.



Step 6: Sign in with your @omnigba.com email address.



Step 7: Put in your @omnigba.com password.



Step 8: Click on the icon for your line of business.



Step 9: Put in your @omnigba.com password.



Step 10: Click Ok.



You are now in the VDI for your line of business!

As best practice, after you log off the VDI for your line of business, its best to do the following:

Step 11: In the Banner that says Central US  (or East US) click the three dots and click Unsubscribe


Step 12: Click Continue



Step 13: Click Log Off



Step 14: Click Yes
