Omni SRW - First Time Login


Below are the steps to help you log in to the Secure Remote Worker software. Please note that not all applications use Omni Secure Remote Worker. If you’re unsure, reach out to your Omni point of contact via Teams to request the appropriate link for your Secure Remote Worker software.

1 Please complete all windows updates, security scan, and disconnecting from Wifi. Please see this article to assist you.

2 Click on this link: https://prd6253820600.cloud.thinscale.io/sci/YFXwhy5d or copy and paste URL and hit enter.



3 Click Submit



4 Click Save

5 In the upper right corner, click on the Thinkiosk installer



5 Click Yes to install



6 Let it run. Eventually  it will ask you to reboot. Click Reboot.



7 Click Reboot



8 Double click on Omni Secure Remote Worker software icon



9 After rebooting, double click on Secure Desktop. You will need to put in your personal @omnigba.com email address, password, and approve the MFA push on your phone. Below is just an example:





10 Your computer will go through a series of compliance checks. You will need to pass each check before you can get into Secure Desktop. If you fail any checks, please click on this link https://omniinteractions.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/articles/omni-srw-pre-login-in-errors to help you troubleshoot.

11 Once you pass, log into the Secure Desktop. Click Install and follow any prompts to install.


11 Click Install


12 Click Logout


13 Click Install


14 You may have to click on the tab at the bottom for the login screen to appear. 


15 Eventually you will get to the screen below. Click Subscribe



16 Sign in with your @omnigba.com email, password, and approve the MFA push on your phone. 





17  You should see an icon for your line of business. 




To make sure your dual monitors are working, right click on the icon and click settings.



18 Uncheck Use Default Settings. Click the drop down, and select displays. Once your displays are selected, click the X to the right of Central USA and double click on your line of business icon.



19 Click Yes and follow the prompts




20 The desktop will load. You are logged in!
