Omni's Simple and Easy - Single Sign On - Provided in Welcome Email #1

Before signing into Office.com, you must download and install the Microsoft Multifactor Authenticator. Please refer to the following articles to install the MFA.

Once the Microsoft MFA is installed, follow the steps below to log into Office.com and access other Omni SSO tools.

Viewing All Apps through Office.com

Step 1: Go to Office.com.

Open a new browser tab and go to Office.com.


Step 2: Click the Sign-in.

Click the Sign In option located in the middle left hand side of the page. 

 

Step 3: Enter your Email

Your Omni Email you received is your Omni SSO Username.

 

Step 4: Enter your Password

Enter your Omni SSO Password then click Sign In. This is the same username and password you use to sign into MFA and Teams.


Step 5: Approve the MFA Push

Approve the MFA Push through your mobile device through the Sign in Request Notification. 

  

Step 6: Click the 9 Squares then All Apps

Click on the 9 squares waffle icon on the top right corner of your screen; then select the All Apps option. 

  

Step 7: Click the Omni Tool you'd like to Open

Locate the Omni Tool name and icon you would like to open from the All Apps screen then click on it. For example: Humanity, Omni Zimbra Email, Zoho Help Center, or Teams.
