Installs & Access - Accessing Omni Tools
Before signing into Office.com, you must download and install the Microsoft Multifactor Authenticator. Please refer to the following articles to install the MFA.

Once the Microsoft MFA is installed, follow the steps below to log into Office.com or Microsoft 365, and access our other Omni Single Sign-On (SSO) tools.

Viewing All Apps through Office.com
Step 1: Office.com
Open a web browser or a new tab and search for or go to Office.com
Step 2: Sign-In
Click on the Sign-In option located on the middle lefthand side of the page.
Step 3: Enter Omni GBA Email
Enter your Omni GBA Email Address in the Username box
Step 4: Enter Password
Enter your Omni SSO Password and click Sign-in. This is usually the same password used to sign into Teams and MFA.
Step 5: Approve MFA Push
Approve the MFA Push through your mobile device.
Step 6: Click on the nine squares waffle icon in the top left corner, then select All Apps.
Step 7: Locate the Omni Tool name and icon you want to open from the All Apps screen. Humanity, Omni Zimbra Email, Zoho Help Center, Microsoft Teams.
