Omni Credentials SSO

At Omni, you will have access to your Omni SSO information. Your Omni SSO or Single Sign on Information will let you access all available tools on the Omni Platform. Read below to find out more.  

Where will Your Omni SSO Come From?

Your Omni Credentials are sent via the Welcome Emails you receive from Omni before starting your Certification journey. 

1. Locate your Welcome Emails

Open the email that you used to apply to Omni, and look for an email from certification@oiteam.com with a subject like: Omni: MUST READ: Critical Info - Partnership w/Omni &


2. Look Towards the Bottom of the Email

Towards the bottom of the Welcome Email, you will see a section titled 'Here is Your Omni SSO:' there you will see your Omni SSO Username typically in an email format of jane.doe.12345@omnigba.com or jane.doe@omnigba.com


Omni SSO Questions

In this section we will answer some commonly asked questions about Omni SSO. 

1. What is SSO?

Single Sign-On (SSO) is a session and user authentication service that allows you to access multiple programs, software, or tools using one single login credential on the Omni Platform.  

2. How many SSOs will I use as a GBA?

This will depend on which Project you are working on; however, more of out GBAs will have two sets of SSO credentials. One for Omni's Tools and one for your specific Project Tools.

3. How will I know the difference between the SSOs?

Omni's SSO will for the formats:
  1. firstname.lastname.*****@omnigba.com for new GBAs &
  2. firstname.lastname@omnigba.com for GBAs with prior experience or tenure with Omni


Setting Up Your Omni SSO Password 

This section will give you instructions on setting up and changing a password for your Omni SSO information once you have received it. 

1. Open a Web Browser Tab

On your PC open a new Web Browser tab and go to https://www.office.com/

2. Click Sign In

Click on the Sign in Option located somewhere near the middle of the page.

3. Enter Your Omni SSO Username

Enter your full Omni SSO Username into the 'Email, Phone, or Skype' section. Then, click on the 'Next' button. 

4. Click Forgot My Password 

On the next screen, DO NOT enter a Password, instead click on the Forgot My Password option in light blue. 

5. Verify the Captcha 

Make sure that your Omni SSO Username is showing correctly and verify the captcha letters or numbers that you see.

6. Select a Verification Option

On the next screen you will have the option to select whether you would like to have a verification code sent to you through your email, text, phone call or application code. Select the one you would like to use and verify your information.

7. Enter the Verification Code

Once you have received the verification code enter it in the verification box. 

8. Setup A New Omni SSO Password

After entering your verification code you will now be able to create a new Omni SSO Password. Create your new password following our Omni Guidelines and make sure to keep this information safe.

9. Set up Omni MFA 

Once you have completed the process to set up your new password for your Omni SSO information you are now ready to being the process of setting up your Omni MFA. Click Here to move to the Article. 


Omni's 90-Day Password Policy

This section will try to answer questions you may have about our Omni Password Policy for your Omni SSO information. 

1. What is the 90-Day Password Policy?

To ensure that your access to all Omni Tools and Systems on the Platform is secure, you will be asked to change your Password every 90 days.

2. Who will be affected by the 90 Day Password Policy?

All users who interact with Omni Tools or Systems on the Omni Platform. 

3. What does the Password Change notification look like?

When you sign into your Omni SSO information, if it has been 90 days since you have set your password or changed it last you will see something like this appear prompting you to change your password.
