Communications - Your Omni Email

Omni Email is Omni's email service. This is where you will receive all Omni communications, including your Gig credentials. Before you can access Omni Email, you must have MFA installed and be able to log into Microsoft365 (PreviouslyOffice.com) with Omni Single Sign-on (SSO).
Follow the steps within this Omnipedia Article if you have not installed MFA and logged into Microsoft365:
  1. Installing Microsoft Authenticator (MFA) & Setting Permissions 

Accessing Your Omni Email 

Step 1 - Log into Omni SRW & Open Omni Tools

To access your Omni Email you will need to log into your Omni SRW. If you need to review the steps to get into Omni SRW you can review: Omni SRW - Daily Login Procedure. After successfully logging into your Omni SRW you should see an 'Omni Tools' icon on the desktop, click on this icon to open your available Omni Tools. 

Step 2 - Omni Email Application

Click on the 'Omni Email' application to open your Omni Email. If you don't readily see this application available after clicking on the Omni Tools icon, you can click on the 'My Apps' menu to view all available Omni Tool Applications. 

Step 3 - View Folders

Your email folders such as the Inbox, Sent, Drafts, etc. will be located on the left panel menu. Clicking on the individual folder option will bring you to that specific folder. 

Step 4 - New Email Message

If you would like to compose a new email message you can click on the 'New Message' option located in the upper portion of the left panel menu.

Step 5 - Compose Email 

You can place the email address of the person you are trying to send your message to in the 'To:' section. Within the email text box you can write your message to your recipient, then once you have completed the message you can click on the 'Send' button to send your message.
