Communications - Your Omni Email

Omni Zimbra is Omni's email service. This is where you will receive all Omni communications including your Project credentials. 

Before you can access Omni Zimbra GBA Email, you must have MFA installed and be able to log into Office.com with Omni Single Sign-on (SSO).
If you have logged into Office.com previously, please proceed to step #1 below.
Follow these steps if you have not installed MFA and logged into Office.com:
Follow these instructions to log into your Omni Zimbra GBA email account.

1. Go to Office.com
2. Click on Sign in.



3. Sign in using your Omni SSO username and password.





4. Make sure that your phone is turned on so that it will share your location.



5. Approve MFA push.



6. After logging in, click on the 9 dots in the upper left corner (also called the Waffle).


7.  Click on All Apps at the bottom of the list.



























 





















8. You can navigate to your various mailboxes such as your Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and Junk mail on the ribbon on the left-hand side of your Omni Zimbra GBA Email.



9. You can compose a new email by clicking "New Message" at the top-left corner of the window. Make sure to check your Omni Zimbra GBA Email daily and respond as requested. This includes checking Junk mail folders.
