SRW - RDP Adjust Volume/Audio (Convey Health ONLY)
To fix/adjust volume for RDP, please do the following:
Log out of RDS > Open the Remote Desktop > Click Show Options > Go to local Resources > Under Remote audio Click Settings > Remote audio Playback: Play on this computer. Remote audio Recording: Record from this computer.
If the above settings are correct and your still not getting calls, please verify your Telephone At has your correct DID number:
If your still having issues, log out of the RDP, Log out of SRW, and check your personal audio settings (see link below). In the SRW Audio Settings, its recommended to disable any audio devices that are not your headset. Additionally your headset must be a USB Hard Wired Headset. Bluetooth and Audio Jack headsets are not allowed.
