Omni is a premier provider of outsourced customer support solutions. We leverage GBAs from all over to deliver high-quality service to clients across various industries. As a GBA with Omni, you'll join a community of professionals who value flexibility, work-life balance, and the ability to work from the comfort of your own home. 


Getting Started with Omni 

As a new GBA, here are a few key points to help you get started in the Omniverse:

1. Onboarding

  1. Application and Documentation - Ensuring all of your documents are submitted will assist with the onboarding process through Omni. This includes but is not limited to your, W-9 form, background check, and any other necessary identification. 
  2. Certification - Complete Certification Sessions provided by the Omniverse. These sessions will allow you to get familiar with a Client, their requirements, and the tools you will use daily. 

2. Work Environment

  1. Equipment - Make sure you have a reliable computer, high-speed internet connections, and USB headset with a microphone.  
  2. Home Office - Set up a quiet dedicated workspace free from distractions

3. Your Role

  1. Responsibilities as a Gig Brand Ambassador (GBA)  - Your primary responsibility is to provide exceptional service to a client's customers. This might include answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. 
  2. Schedules - Omni offers flexible scheduling options. You will be able to choose the shifts that best fit your needs and availability. However, we do ask that you adhere to the schedules you commit to. 

4. Compensation

  1. Payment - You'll be responsible for managing your own taxes, and Omni will provide you with the necessary documentation for your earnings. 
  2. Rates - Your compensation will be outlined in your Gig Contract Overview (GCOs), be sure to review these thoroughly as they outline your payment structure, and any performance or Certification incentives when applicable. 

5. Support & Resources

  1. Community - You can join our online communities and forums to connect with other GBAs, to share tips, ask questions, and help build out your supportive network. 
  2. Gig O Bot - You can use Omni's support resources such as Gig O Bot, Omnipedia, or our Help Desk if you face technical issues or have questions. 

Omni's Tips for Success

  1. Stay Organized -  Keep track of your assignments, schedules, and any communications with clients or Omni.
  2. Be Proactive -  Don’t hesitate to ask questions or seek clarification when needed. Being proactive can help prevent misunderstandings and ensure smooth operations.
  3. Continuous Improvement - Take advantage of any additional training opportunities to enhance your skills and improve your service quality.
