Registering for Virtual Omni Certification
Welcome this article will provide information on registering to access your virtual Certification room through Microsoft Teams using your Omni Single Sign On Information.
1. Locate the Registration Link
Please locate the Welcome Email that contains your registration link to Certification in your personal inbox. Click on it to open the link.
Click on the Sign in with Your Teams Work or School Account option within the new webpage that opens.
3. Enter Omni Email
Within the email or username section enter your FULL Omni Email; then click on the Next Option
4. Enter Your Omni Password
You should see the Omni banner and background on this page, you will enter in your Omni Password that you had set for your Omni SSO. Then you will click on the Sign in option.
5. MFA Authenticate
Ensure that you have your mobile device nearby as you will authenticate through the MFA application, please follow the MFA prompt as it shows on your screen.
6. Stay Signed In
To ensure that you do not lose connection to your virtual Certification room, select the 'Yes' option to stay signed in when prompted.
7. Click Register
After successfully authenticating you should see a screen like the one below, please click on the register option.
Enter your First and Last Name and then your full Omni Email into the registration section.
- Please Note: If you enter any other email besides your Omni Email Address, such as a personal email for example, you will be unable to join Certification.
- Please Also Note: If you do not preregister to your virtual Certification room, and register on the day of Certification, you will be unable to join Certification for 30 minutes.
9. Click Terms & Conditions
Click on the Terms and Conditions Check Box and then click on Register once it highlights and activates for you.
10. Successful Registration
After successfully registering you should see a screen similar to the one below, with a join option instead of a registration option. Once the Join button is highlighted and active for you, you will be able to join Certification at the designated time.
GBA Expectations During Certification
The following presents what is expected of you as a GBA during Certification. Read carefully.
GBA Expectations For Certification
Arrive on time and be prepared to learn. This is the best way to make sure you succeed in the certification process.
100% noise free background is expected.
Remaining professional is part of our culture at Omni.
Your comfortable Wired USB headset will be your favorite co-worker.
An Ethernet connection directly connected to your computer is required.
When you aren’t called on, please keep your microphone muted.
Raise your hand before unmuting and speaking out loud. Please wait for your LXG to call on you.
We know you enjoy working with us, but for the privacy of our clients please do not post anything regarding your program on any social media platform.
You will be called on at random to answer questions.
If you are non-responsive when called on, you will be removed from the room, and are expected to re-enter ASAP.
If you need a restroom break, you can use “Step Away” to let your facilitator know.
To be sure you succeed in this program, please keep stepped away time minimal.
We will ask you to come up on mic and share screen from time to time. It’s a great way to show your knowledge.

Client led launch classes
In some classes, the client trains the first wave. If this is the case, there are a few things you should know about who to contact in certain situations while in class. Our teams at Omni are the best point of contact for any issues after certification. While in class, any questions about content covered should be asked to the person who facilitated the material in question.

Certification Attendance and Expectations
Certification class is a shared investment by the GBA and Omni. We are
both investing in your future. Certification class will help to ensure
your success as a GBA in production. Review the image below to
understand the responsibilities of both GBA and Omni.
1. Attendance
Attendance is critical to your success as a GBA.
- 100% attendance to Certification class is required for success.
- Missing class directly impacts your production performance.
- We are here to help you be successful, but we can’t support you if you are not in class.

write down this information or save it on your phone. If you don't have
power or internet, you won't be able to look up this information.
3. Expectations
We have found that GBAs who meet the following expectations are the most successful in certification.
- Arrive on time and prepared to learn.
- A noise-free background is expected. (Example: No fire detector beeps in the background, please.)
- Always remain professional.
- Internet connection through a hard-wired ethernet cable.
- A corded USB headset is required for training and production.
- Keep your microphone muted.
- Raise your hand before speaking out in the room.
- No social media posts regarding the program.
- Be ready! You will be called on at random to answer questions.
- Need
a quick break? Use the step-away status in the Adobe room or if using
MS Teams, post in the chat . If you will be gone longer than 5 minutes,
send a PM to your Learning Experience Guide.
