Etech uses a special program called Secure Remote Worker (commonly
known as SRW). If you use SRW for any other program besides Etech, you will
need to uninstall and reinstall SRW each time you work for that specific
program.
Example 1: If I work Etech from 8am –
Noon, but also work FIS (or another program that uses SRW) from 1pm – 4pm, I
will need to uninstall Etech SRW and re-install FIS SRW (or the other programs
SRW).
Example 2: If I only work Etech, then
I will only need to install SRW one time.
To minimize tech issues, its recommended
to follow these steps in order:
- Verify
your windows updates and optional updates are complete. Click

or fully disable any antivirus you might have installed. Some
examples of antivirus are Avast, AVG, McAfee, Norton, Webroot, etc
- Run a
