Part 6: Intuit - Password Reset Tool

Need to change your Intuit SSO password?

If you are already logged into the tools portal, start here.

1. Locate and click on Password Reset Tool. See the red box around Intuit Password Reset Tool.

2. Then follow the steps below.

If you are NOT logged into the Intuit CG or SBSEG Tools Portal, start here.

1.  Click here to navigate to the Intuit Password Portal:  
  1. https://pwdmgmt.intuit.com/changepassword
2.  Enter your  SSO username.
3.  Enter your  temporary password.


4.  Accept PingID push.
5. Accept the SSO push on your phone to authenticate.  
     
6.  Change your password.
  1. It is recommended to use the temporary password and add another character to it (letter, number, or special character).
  2. Please note that passwords must:
    1. Be between 8 and 20 characters.
    2. Contain at least 1 upper case letter (A-Z).
    3. Contain at least 1 lower case letter (a-z).
    4. Contain at least 1 of these characters (!, @, #, $, %, ^, *).
    5. Contain at least 1 numeric character.
    6. Must NOT contain your user id.
    7. Must NOT contain your First, Last, or Middle name.
 

7.  Click the box Show passwords and copy the password down somewhere safe.  
8:  Click Next.
     
 
This screen indicates that the password was reset successfully.
