Part 4: Intuit - Connect to GlobalProtect VPN

Before signing into GlobalProtect VPN, have you already downloaded and installed GlobalProtect?
  1. If yes, continue with the login information below.
  2. If not, please follow the steps in this article. Intuit - Install and Setup GlobalProtect 
Once GlobalProtect is installed, follow the instructions below to connect and disconnect from GlobaProtect.

To Connect:
1. Locate the GlobalProtect icon in your system tray. You may need to click on the arrow to expand your hidden icons. Click on the GlobalProtect icon.
2. Click Connect. 

To Disconnect:
1. Click on the arrow in your system tray to expand your hidden icons. Click on the GlobalProtect icon.
2. Click Disconnect.


Note:
  1. Your computer must be up to date with all Windows updates in order to connect to GlobalProtect.
  2. You may not be able to log into VPN with McAfee installed. You may need to uninstall to proceed.
