Part 1: Intuit - Initial Login - Order of Operations
Intuit Initial Login will occur in the following order (click each for further instructions):

Intuit Login Process
Before starting, please make sure you have a way of keeping track of the various login usernames and passwords you will be receiving. Click each of the tool names below for information on how to use each system and how to access them.
1. Global Protect VPN: The VPN to access the Intuit training and production environments. **You must be connected to your internet via ethernet cord to connect to Global Protect.
2. PingID: Secondary authentication. This can be downloaded to your mobile phone or your PC. It will be used each time you log into your systems.
a. Docebo (Learning management system (LMS)): Access to learning modules needed to complete certification. All learning modules assigned must be completed (100%) to be eligible for production.c. Salesforce - Intelligent Contact: Customer Relationship Management Platform (CRM) where you will document your cases, access customer records, etc.
4. Intuit Password Portal: How to reset the password for the Intuit system if you can access The Dashboard.
