Troubleshooting- How and Why to do a Browser Reset?
Does your browser frequent freeze when scrolling web pages, have frequent pop-ups and notifications, or you no longer have access to tools you were able to access before?
Please do the following to reset / restore your browser settings for Google Chrome on your personal computer:
- Click 3 dots (top right corner of screen)
- In the search type Reset, hit enter
- Restore settings to their original defaults
- Close google chrome (all tabs)
- Re-open and try to access the tool / application again
- Each browser tool you should allow pop-ups
If your still having issues, open a ticket by using the Bot in the bottom right hand corner, select DESD - Tech Support, and follow the prompts. To avoid confusion, please do not open more than one ticket.
