Signing Into Omnipedia

In this section, you will find a user-friendly guide to make your entry into Omni's Omnipedia Knowledge Base seamless and enjoyable. You may notice the same format within your Omni Resources as well.

Logging Into Omnipedia

The steps below allow you to sign into Omnipedia using our handy dandy Omni SSO quickly.

1. Go to the Omnipedia Link by (Clicking Here)

If you have trouble clicking the link, copy and paste it into a new browser window at https://omniinteractions.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb/it-support-desk.

2. Click on the 'Sign In' option to the right of the Omnipedia Search Box.

3. Sign in with your full Omni GBA email.

4. Enter your Omni Password

5. Approve the MFA push as needed

6. Stay signed in if you would like

7. That's it! You should notice that the 'Sign In' option has now changed to an icon with your initials.
