What is Omnipedia?
Simply put, Omnipedia is Omni's online Knowledge Base. It houses our library of information, including How to Guides or general information about Omni topics, tools, or projects associated with Omni. We strive to keep this information as up-to-date as possible for all GBAs.
How do I access Omnipedia?
If you are reading this article, then you are already within Omnipedia, but if you would like to have an address to bookmark within your browser for easy access, you can use: https://omniinteractions.zohodesk.com/portal/en/kb
How Do I Use Omnipedia?
Using Omnipedia is as easy as searching through any online knowledge base. You can start by searching with keywords or a specific question in the 'Search Articles' Section. You can follow the instructions below for more information on how to use Omnipedia.

General Usage of Omnipedia
- Type a keyword, search term, or question you need answered within the 'Search Articles' section at the top center of Omnipedia.
- You can either select a suggested article from the drop-down menu, click on the 'magnifying glass', or press 'enter' on your keyboard to view the available search results.
- The 'Search Results' page will show a list of articles. Omnipedia will show up to 10 articles at a time. If there are more than 10 articles related to your search, the 'Next' button will be available. You can click on an article to open it and view the information within.
- If the article selected does not have the information you are looking for, you can click on the 'Back to Search' option or search for a new question within the 'Search Articles' section.
Viewing Omnipedia Articles in Categories
- You can view the available articles in Omnipedia by category by clicking on the 'Knowledge Base' option.
- Select a Category from the available options. For this guide, we will stay within the 'Omnipedia' Category.
- Each option available is another Category that articles are sorted into. Articles are grouped based on the information they contain; you'll also be able to see a brief explanation of what is contained within the overview of the category. You can view articles available in each Category by clicking on them. For this guide, we will go into the 'Getting Started with the Omniverse' category.
- Categories can be broken down even further into sections, as shown below; again, each section will try to contain an overview of what the articles held within are about. For this guide, we will click on the 'Getting Started with Omni Tools' section
- You can see how many articles are within a section by looking towards the right of the section title. As previously mentioned, Omnipedia can only show 10 Articles at a time, so you will have to use the 'Next' option to view other articles if there are more than 10. Opening an article within a section is as simple as clicking it to open.
- If you want to go back to a specific section, you can click on the titles at the top of the article or in the 'KB Section' on the right. You can also jump to a specific section within an article by clicking on the options available within the 'On this page' section.
Viewing Available Omnipedia Articles by Projects
- Since Omnipedia Articles for Projects are for active GBAs only, you must follow the instructions here: Omnipedia - How to log in to Omnipedia
to ensure you can access Project Articles. - Click on the 'Knowledge Base' option at the screen's top.
- Click on the 'Omni's Platform' category shown.
- If you click on the 'Omni's Platform' section and it shows '0 (zero) Articles,' ensure that you are properly signed into your Omnipedia account by clicking on the 'Sign In' option and following the instructions within: Omnipedia - How to log in to Omnipedia
- You can navigate within the 'Omni's Platform' Category by following the instructions above for 'General Usage of Omnipedia' or 'Viewing Omnipedia Articles in Categories.'
