MS Teams- Screen-Sharing During Meetings

In Microsoft Teams, you can show your desktop, a specific app, a whiteboard, or a presentation in a meeting.
Instructions
Step 1: Share Content
While in an MS Teams meeting, click the Share Content Icon in the upper-right corner.
Step 2: What to Share
Select what you want to share by clicking on the window image:
- Screen lets you share everything on your screen.
- Window lets you share an open window like a specific app you have open.
- PowerPoint Live lets you share a PowerPoint presentation.
- Microsoft Whiteboard and Freehand by Invision (if available) let you share a whiteboard where participants can sketch/brainstorm together.
Step 3: Red Border
After you select what you want to show, a red border surrounds what you're sharing.
Step 4: Stop Sharing
To stop sharing, click Stop Sharing in the upper-right corner.
