What is it?
  1. Put simply, this Knowledge Base  is an online library of information or guides about topics, tools, and departments important to all  Omni GBAs. 

How do I access it?

  1. All you have to do i start by searching.


Start by typing the issue you are having or the program you work with. Additionally, there is a list of articles are categorized by system and then narrowed down by the issues you may run into. 



 
Info      Articles are sorted into Categories and Sub-Categories. To find more information about a topic, click on the title of the Category. Here's where you will find more specific areas, such as specific issues
