Our payment partner, Wingspan, collects your W-9 information for tax purposes. The SSN is also known as a Tax Identification Number (TIN). In order to create accurate tax forms like a 1099-NEC, the IRS requires the form to have a valid SSN.
What if I already have a Wingspan account?
You will create a new Wingspan account solely for your transactions with Omni.
Adding or Updating Your Payout Methods

Instant payouts allow you to receive money to an eligible U.S. bank account or Visa/Mastercard debit card, typically within 90 minutes. A 2% fee is deducted from the payment amount for each instant payout.
Wingspan Wallet
Wingspan Wallet is a business bank account where you can deposit funds and use a virtual or physical debit card to make purchases. Note: This is a sepparate payment option available to you.
