Wingspan makes it easier for Omni Interactions to onboard, pay, and communicate with our contractors regarding payments. Wingspan also provides contractors with access to a digital wallet, benefits, expense tracking, and more. In other words, Wingspan handles our payments.
Our new partnership with Wingspan allows Omni to provide its U.S. contractors with a more streamlined payment experience as well as providing access to services and perks provided by Wingspan.
When will the transition take over?
Payments through the Wingspan platform will be sent to your chosen payment method on Wednesday, December 3, 2024 or Thursday, December 5th, 2024, based on existing payment calendars. Depending on the payment option you select in the Wingspan tool, you could receive your funds on this day. We expect ACH payments to be received the day following processing, subject to normal bank processing timelines.
Will there be any downtime or disruption to contractor payments during this transition?
No, there will be no downtime or disruptions during the transition period. All contractors with earnings to be paid must have their registration completed with banking selection to receive earnings.
