You will use Humanity to select your shifts. Some programs require GBAs to clock in/out using Humanity, and other programs use Humanity strictly for shift management.
Suppose your program strictly uses Humanity for shift management. In that case, all productive time will be paid from your virtual telephony system, based on the time you are in a payable status (i.e., "available").
