Uninstall Omni Secure Remote Worker 

Below are steps to uninstall Omni Secure Remote Worker.   

 

1) In the Search Bar, type add or remove programs. Then click open the icon 

 

 

2) Locate and click on ThinScale Desktop Agent Installer 


 

 

3) Click uninstall twice 

 

 

4) Click Yes 

 

 

 

5) Once the uninstaller runs restart your pc.  


6) In the search bar type file explorer and click on the icon





7) On the left side of the window, click on the one that has a C:



8) Double click on Program Files and Program Files (x86) To see if Thinscale is listed: If it is right click and delete. 




9) Double click on Program Data (If you cannot find it, click View>Show>Hidden Items as seen below) Find the TDA folder and delete it. 



 



10) Restart your computer
