Omni Secure Remote Worker - Uninstall

Uninstall Omni Secure Remote Worker 

Below are steps to uninstall Omni Secure Remote Worker.   

 

1) In the Search Bar, type add or remove programs. Then click open the icon 

 

 

2) Locate and click on ThinScale Desktop Agent Installer 

 

 

3) Click uninstall twice 

 

 

4) Click Yes 

 

 

 

5) Once the uninstaller runs restart your pc.  


6) In the search bar type file explorer and click on the icon



7) On the left side of the window, click on the one that has a C:



8) Double click on Program Files (x86)



9) Right click SRW and click Delete



10) On the left click on C: again.



11) Double Click on Program Files



12) Find Thinscale, right click and delete it. 



13) Restart your computer

Additional Steps:

14)  If you plan on installing Omni SRW again, BEFORE installing it, please complete all windows updates even optional updates, run a security scan, and disconnect from wifi. Click this article/video for a walkthrough.
