How to Log into the Omni Help Center

Step 1: Go to Office.com and enter your Omni SSO information

Step 2: Approve the MFA Push through your device

Step 3: Select the 'My Apps' icon on the bottom left-hand corner of your screen, then select 'All Apps'

Step 4: Scroll down until you see the Zoho Help Center application, then click on it

Step 5: You should now see the home page of the Zoho Help Center with your initials displaying within the profile icon
