SRW - Clear cache

As part our basic troubleshooting steps, clear the cache for Handy SRW Parallels. Please follow these steps:

1.       Open up File Explorer

2.       On the Quick Access bar delete that and type in %programdata%

3.       On the next screen delete these 2 folders (You only need to delete Omni-RasClient_Basic)

4.       After this has been done, go ahead and load up SRW again so Parallels will reinstall as well as the Omni RASClient.
