Zero Client - Manually set up

If your device shows up like the picture below, please follow these steps:


Special Note: If you have MFA set up, click on this link to watch a video about manually setting up your device. 
  1. Turn off the zero client. Wait one minute
  2. Make sure you ethernet cord is plugged in to the zero client device and your internet router. 
  3. Turn the device on AND keep you finger on the power button until a menu pop up. 
  4. Click Reset to Defaults and click ok. 
  5. Click on the "Settings" gear icon in the upper right hand corner. 
  6. Select "Management".  
  7. Uncheck "Automatically discover PMC Address". 
  8. Check "Use following PMC Address".  
  9. Enter in "zeroclient.oiteam.com" to the text box.  
  10. Apply/Save the settings.  

The thin client should start pulling the profile within 1-2 minutes.
