If your device shows up like the picture below or if you have been asked to do a manual reset, please follow these steps:
Step 1: Turn off the zero client. Wait one minute
Step 2: Make sure you ethernet cord is plugged in to the zero client device and your internet router.
Step 3: Turn the device on AND keep your finger on the power button until a menu pops up.
Step 4: Click Reset to Default
Step 5: Dont change anything. Click on the box "I agree to the terms of service" then click Next.
Step 6: Click on the box Yes. Then click Next.
Step 7: Click the box Use following PMC addres then type zeroclient.oiteam.com then click Next
Step 8: Click Yes to finalize Setup
Step 9: Click Close.
Step 10: Dont press anything else. Wait 1-2 minutes for the screen to change to this:
Special Note: If your screens dont look like the ones pictured above, it could be because you are not on up the updated firmware. Try following the steps below:
Step 1: Turn off the zero client. Wait one minute
Step 2: Make sure you ethernet cord is plugged in to the zero client device and your internet router.
Step 3: Turn the device on AND keep your finger on the power button until a menu pops up.
Step 4: Click Reset to Defaults and click ok.
Step 5: Click Settings Gear icon in the upper right hand corner.
Step 6: Select "Management".
Step 7: Uncheck "Automatically discover PMC Address".
Step 8: Check "Use following PMC Address". Enter in zeroclient.oiteam.com in the text box. Apply/Save the settings.
Step 9: Wait 1-2 minutes. The thin client should start pulling the profile. Once it is finished, you should see the login screen.
