What is the new policy?

Every 90 days, users will be required to change their Omni passwords.

Who will be affected?

All GBA contractors and Omni employees

When will this take place?

Once you create a password, you will receive a notification when it has been almost 90-days, that you need to update your password. Microsoft365 (Office.com) will show notifications when logging into your Omni SSO to remind you that you need to change your password.


What does the password policy notification look like?

When signing into your Omni Tools using your Omni SSO Password you will receive the below notification when it is time to change your password.
