MFA - Updating Password

This article will assist you with the process and steps to change, update or reset your MFA password.

Steps that must be completed through a desktop screen are displayed with a PC screen. Steps that must be completed through a mobile device are displayed through a mobile screen.
You will find a video that will show the process and steps in action.
If you prefer to follow the steps at your own pace, you may do so by following the steps below.

Changing, Updating, or Resetting Your MFA Password

Step 1: Open a browser tab and go to https://login.microsoftonline.com/ 


Step 2: Enter your Omni Email (firstname.lastname.12345@omnigba.com) and click Next.


Step 3: Click Forgot my password


Step 4: Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio and click Next.


Step 5: Select Enter a Code From My Authenticator App.

 

Step 6: Open your Microsoft Authenticator application, then click the arrow next to your Omni Email. 


Step 7: Ensure you are seeing the most update One-Time Password Code through your Microsoft Authenticator application; this code changes every 30 seconds.


Step 8: Enter the One-Time Password Code displayed through your app onto you desktop screen, then click Next.


 

Step 9: Create a new password that meets our Omni requirements, then click Finish.



Step 11: Enter your Omni Email address.


Step 12: Enter your newly created password, then click Sign In.


Step 13: Approve the MFA Push through your mobile device.
