Scheduling- Jump-On Shifts (Extra Hours)

If your team is short-staffed, they will post in your Teams Channel that they need Jump-Ons. They will also send a mass text message to all active GBAs using SimpleText.
  1. Do not respond to the text message since they are not managed (you won't get a response).
  2. If you do not want to receive these text messages, you can reply with the word "STOP" to be removed from the list.
  3. Be sure to check the number of hours you are scheduled/have worked during the work week before Jump-Ons. Even if Jump-On shifts are available, you cannot go over 40 hrs of work per week
