Intuit Login Process

Before starting, please make sure you have a way of keeping track of the various login usernames and passwords you will be receiving. Click items below for information on how to use each system and how to access them. 

1. Global Protect VPN: The VPN to access the Intuit training and production environments. **You must be connected to your internet via ethernet cord to connect to Global Protect.

2. PingID: Secondary authentication. This can be downloaded to your mobile phone or your PC. It will be used each time you log into your systems.

3. Intuit SSO Dashboard: Main landing page for Intuit work-related tools.
a. Docebo (Learning management system (LMS)): Access to learning modules needed to complete certification. All learning modules assigned must be completed (100%) to be eligible for production.
b. Amazon Connect: Connect to the phone system
c. Salesforce - Intelligent Contact: Customer Relationship Management Platform (CRM) where you will document your cases, access customer records, etc.
d. Slack: Access to Tier 2 for assistance

4. Intuit Password Portal: How to reset the password for the Intuit system if you can access The Dashboard.
