Humanity - Mobile App using Omni SSO

This article will provide information on how to log into the Humanity Mobile App using your Omni SSO information. Please follow the steps below to log into the Humanity mobile app.

Logging into the Humanity Mobile Application

Step 1: Search for the Humanity App in your phone's app store or scan the QR codes with your phone's camera.



Step 2: Open the Humanity application and select the LOG IN USING SSO option.


Step 3: Enter omniinteractions in the Humanity Domain without any spaces, then click the green Continue button.


Step 4: Sign in using your Omni SSO username and password.

 

Step 5: Approve the Push through your MFA App.

 

Step 6: Select Yes to stay signed in to access the Humanity App easily.
