Please note that the questions are divided into 3 main sections: Local Benefits, Time-Off, and Taxes.

Am I getting paid for the local Bono 14 and Aguinaldo? If so, when? | As an individual contributor, your relationship with Omni Interactions is categorized as an independent contractor. Am I getting IGSS (Social Security) coverage? | As an independent contractor, Omni Interactions does not cover local (Guatemala) Social Security services. At the same time, Omni Interaction does not discount any monthly amount for social security. As an independent contractor, there are some services that you can get from your Social Security. Am I getting IRTRA? | Similar to IGSS, as an independent contractor, Omni does not cover any discounts for IRTRA on your paycheck. Therefore no IRTRA is covered by Omni. |

Holidays and Vacations

Am I getting Vacation or Paid Time-Off? | Based on Omni’s methodology of Flexible Schedule. You will get paid for the hours you worked. In case you need a day off or just need to take care of some errands, if you do not get connected to Omni’s platform, you will be able to have that time available for you. And you will receive payment only for the hours that you stayed connected and answered customers’ calls/emails. Am I getting the National Holidays or the US Holidays? | Similar to vacations and paid time-off, If you need to have some time available for you, you do not need to log into Omni’s Platforms. Remember, that is the great thing about Omni’s flexibility.
