What do successful GBAs do? 

GBAs are very successful in production when they follow these tips below: 
  1. Be on time for your booked shifts.
  2. Be online and ready to take calls at the start of your shift.
  3. Answer all calls that are offered to you.
  4. Assist all callers.
  5. Always go offline when you have time in between shifts.
  6. Schedule your shifts accordingly to allow for the break(s) / lunches you might need.
  7. If you are having a technical issue, reach out in the appropriate Teams channel for help and support. 
  8. When you need support with a call, always ask your questions in the appropriate Teams channel. Do not ask your support questions in an individual chat to someone.  






       Targets 
       As with any Project/Program, the client wants us to achieve performance metrics. The key metrics for Omni       are listed below.

       Omni Metrics 
       Hours Worked Commitment – you must work your scheduled hours 90% of the time, or you will be removed                                              from the program. (See GBA Guidebook for further information.)
