What do successful GBAs do? 

GBAs are very successful in production when they follow these tips below: 

1. Be on time for the shifts you scheduled.
   
2. Be online and ready to take calls at the start of your service time.
   
3. Answer all calls that are offered to you.
   
4. Assist all callers.
   
5. Always go offline when you are between scheduled service time.
   
6. Schedule your time accordingly to allow for the break(s) you might need.
   
7. If you are having a technical issue, reach out in the appropriate Teams channel for help and support. 
   
8. When you need support with a call, always ask your questions in the appropriate Teams channel. Do not ask your support questions in an individual chat to someone.  

       Targets 

       As with any Project/Program, the client expects us to certain servicing targets. The key expectations for Omni are listed below.

       Service Expectations 

       Schedule Commitment – you must service the hours you scheduled 90% of the time to meet your contractual commitments, otherwise, your contract may be terminated.
