Dizzion Installation Instructions

Step 1: Check your PC to ensure that it is entirely up to date, installing even the optional updates that populate on your screen

Step 2: Restart your PC if applicable

Step 4: On the bottom left-hand corner, select the "Open when done" option for the Dizzion file

Step 5: Ensure that your ethernet cable connection is working for your PC; turn off the wi-fi connection option

Step 6:

  • Select the folder labeled "Validation Tool."

  • Select the file labeled "Think Kiosk Validation Tool."

  • Select the "Extract All" option on the pop-up window.

Step 7: Select "Extract" again. That will open a new window

Step 8: Select the "Validation Tool" folder in the new window and then select the "Think Kiosk Validation Tool" file again

Step 9: Select the "Yes" option on the pop-up window, asking if you would like the validation tool to make changes to your PC

Step 10: Enter your full name as it shows on your Omni GBA profile; leave the "Department" option blank, then click next

Step 11: Allow the "Secure Remote Worker Test" to run; only click "Next" when all of the boxes show "Pass" or green

  1. If you see any boxes that reflect any color other than green, please contact our DESD Desk to receive a resolution.

Step 12: Select the "Next" button on the verifier and then "Close" so that the application can install

Step 13: Select the "Secure Remote Worker Client" folder in the folder and click path through your download window

Step 14: Select the file installer labeled "Secure Remote Worker Client," then the "I accept the terms in the License Agreement" radio button, then the "Next" option on the pop-up window

Step 15: Select "Next" again if applicable, and then the "Install" option now allows the application to download

Step 16: Select "Yes" on the pop-up window asking if you would like this application to make changes on your PC

Step 17: Enter the "Management Server" https://srw.dizzion.com/tstmgmt

Step 18: Click the check box labeled "Connect to a configured Management Site"

Step 19: Enter the "Username" 10383

Step 20: Select the "Set Password" button and enter the numbers 10383 for the "Password" and "Confirm Password" boxes.

Step 21: Select the "Verify Management Server" option once you have successfully set the password and ensure you see a green message that says "Management Server Verified"

  1. The previous information may be incorrect if you see red text after selecting the Verify Management Server option.

Step 22: Select the "Apply" option, then allow the application to install 

Step 23: Select the "Finish" option once the installation is complete

Step 24: Select "Yes" on the pop-up window asking if you want to restart your PC. 

  1. If you do not allow your PC to restart immediately after the installation of Dizzion, this will cause technical issues for you down the line.

Step 25: Once your PC has successfully reset, you should see the "Secure Remote Worker" or SRW shortcut on your desktop; double click this icon to open Dizzion

Step 26: Select the "Yes" option on the pop-up window asking if you would like to log out of your user profile

  1. This pop-up will always occur any time you launch Dizzion; you must click "Yes" each time.

Step 28: Double click the green icon showing the label "Dizzion Virtual Desktop" that shows in the middle of the pop-up window to open the credentials box

  1. There may be times that the credentials box launches behind the Dizzion Virtual Desktop window; if this occurs, moving the window will show the location of the credentials box.

Step 29: With the credentials box for the "User Name," enter the first initial for your name and then your full last name, all lowercase, i.e., jsmith

  1. Please note, due to name commonality; your username may not just be your first initial and full last name; if issues occur for you, please double-check with your Learning Experience Guide for your credentials.

Step 30: Reach out to your Learning Experience Guide or DESD Tech Support for your Dizzion "Password" this may be different for everyone; ensure you are entering the correct password.

Step 31: Ensure the DUO Mobile Application is open and ready on your smartphone.

  1. If you have not installed the DUO Mobile application, please visit this article DUO Login and Troubleshooting before entering your password.

Step 32: Enter your password within the credentials box, then select "Login," prepare to receive the two-factor authentication PUSH through DUO on your smartphone

Step 33: Hit the "Approve" option that pops up through the DUO Mobile Application on your smartphone

  1. If you do not select approve on time through DUO, an error box will pop up on your desktop screen; if this occurs, click ok and reenter your information, click login and approve the DUO PUSH. 

Step 34: Select the appropriate icon for your chosen Project

  1. If you do not see your chosen Project's icon, please immediately notify your Learning Experience Guide or your DESD Tech Support. 

Step 35: Reenter your Certification class's Adobe room or Teams channel.
