How to check your hours

Step 1: Verify the Project you are engaging on; some Projects reflect hours in Humanity, and others reflect their hours through the Projects' selected SoftPhone for 'Available - Status' hours serviced. 
  1. Humanity Verification Projects:
    1. Log into Humanity: https://omniinteractions.humanity.com/app/
    2. Click on the 'Time Clock' option within the top bar

    3. View your hours serviced for the current day, the previous day, the last seven days, the week, last week, or all.

  2. Project Softphone - GBA Earnings Verification:
    1. Reach out to your GSA or Support for your Projects' SoftPhone link to verify hours
