How to check your hours
Step 1: Verify the Project you are engaging on; some Projects reflect hours in Humanity, and others reflect their hours through the Projects' selected SoftPhone for 'Available - Status' hours serviced.
- Humanity Verification Projects:
- Log into Humanity: https://omniinteractions.humanity.com/app/
- Click on the 'Time Clock' option within the top bar
- View your hours serviced for the current day, the previous day, the last seven days, the week, last week, or all.
- Project Softphone - GBA Earnings Verification:
- Reach out to your GSA or Support for your Projects' SoftPhone link to verify hours
