More About Omni Tools - Chrome Browser Reset or Omni Email Not Displaying Properly

This article will assist with resolving issues if Google Chrome stops working for you or if you are unable to see your Omni Email, please follow the steps below as needed. 


Note: this WILL NOT affect your saved passwords or bookmarks.  Assuming you are using Chrome as your browser: 
 

1. Click on the 3 dots in the upper right-hand corner 


2. Then click on settings 




3. Then click on advanced 

4. Reset and cleanup 





5. Restore settings to their original defaults 





6. Click reset 

  

Close completely out of all Chrome browser windows. Then try to login again and use your Omni tools, let DESD know if this did not resolve your issue through a Gig-O-Bot Ticket.
