Changing Your Omni Password
The following article will walk you through the process of changing your password.
How to change your current password?
1. Go to www.microsoft365.com (office.com), and click on Sign in.
3. Click Forgot my password.
4. Enter the Captcha Verification and click Next.
There are approximately four (4) options to choose for verification. Select the method you prefer.
Email Alternate Email: Check your alternate email for a verification code, enter it and click Next.
Text Mobile Phone: Check your text messages on your mobile phone for the verification code, enter it and click Next.
Call Mobile Phone: Answer your mobile phone, write down the verification code, enter it, and click Next.
Enter Code From Authenticator: Check your mobile phone MFA for the verification code, enter it and click Next.
6. Enter your new password. Your password must be:
- Between 8 and 256 Characters
- Must combine upper and lower case characters, numbers, and symbols
- CANNOT contain your username
7. Once you have successfully updated your password, you will see the following screen.
