Bright Pattern- Single Sign On (SSO)

You can access and launch Bright Pattern softphone through Office.com with Single Sign On (SSO). Follow the steps below:

Step 1

1. Go to office.com.
   
2. Type in Microsoft Teams login information.
   
3. Approve MFA push.  
   

Step 2

1. Click on the My apps icon on the bottom left corner of the screen.
   
2. Click on All apps.
   
3. Scroll down and click on Omni Bright Pattern App.  
   

Step 3

You are logged into Bright Pattern!

NOTE: If you have two separate logins for Bright Pattern, you will need to follow the above process first. Then once logged into Bright Pattern sign out and then log back in with your other username and password.
