Adobe Connect- Screen Sharing

In Adobe Connect, there will be times when you will need to share your screen.

Start Full Screenshare

  1. Navigate to the top left corner of the Share Pod and click Screen. This will bring you to the Start Sharing window. 
  2. Select First Monitor and the clicking Share at the bottom right-hand corner of the window.

While sharing your screen, your Adobe Connect room will be minimized to a mini control that provides small ways to interact with the room. 
  1. Screen Preview shows you a live image of the current monitor you are sharing.  
  2. Microphone & Speaker will allow you to adjust the volume of the room and unmute or mute your microphone.   
  3. A mini version of the Attendees and Chat Pod will allow you to interact with the room by providing you a way to see who is speaking and to keep up with chats.
  4. At any time, you can bring back the Adobe Room by clicking the arrow on the left of the mini control to pull up a full version of the room. However, please note that while you are back in the Adobe Room you are still sharing your screen, to bring back the mini control click Switch to mini control.
  5. You can stop sharing your screen at any time by clicking Stop Sharing on the right side of the mini control to un-share your screen.
