Understand Your Contract

Ensuring that you understand the work you are going to be doing on a Client while on the Omni Platform is essential. Be sure to review the Client and Call Type Overview section within your GCO to understand what you will need to be successful and what you will do every working day on the project.

Certification is how you will understand and learn about your new Client through the Omni Platform, so be sure to make a not of the dates on which Certification will be held so you do not miss a day.

Within the HOOPs Section of your GCO you will see the clients' hours of operation, this means this is the time you are expected to work and schedule yourself for the Client. 4. Contract Length

Within this section of your GCO you will see the term for the Contract with the client, please make a note of this and if the contract automatically renews or ends permanently after the specified time frame.

5. Metrics

Within this section of your GCO is where you will see the metrics or call parameters you are expected to meet for the client once you are in production. Make a note of this section as this will ensure continued success while you are in production for the client.
