Reviewing Your Gig Contract Overview
This section will provide information on how you can properly review your fif contract overview from Omni. Please review the information below as needed.
Obtaining Your GCO
After you have applied to Omni you will notice that your GCOs or Gig Contract Overviews are sent to you within your Welcome Emails received from Omni.
1. Locate your GCO
Locate your welcome email containing the GCO
2. Read Through
Read and review your GCO thoroughly to ensure you understand all of the terms and conditions outlined within.
Identifying Parties Involved
Parties involved within a GCO refer to Omni, yourself, and the client you are going to be working with. You will need to ensure that your GCO states the correct client you are going to be working on through the Omni Platform.
Understand Your Contract
Ensuring that you understand the work you are going to be doing on a Client while on the Omni Platform is essential. Be sure to review the Client and Call Type Overview section within your GCO to understand what you will need to be successful and what you will do every working day on the project.
1. Certification
Certification is how you will understand and learn about your new Client through the Omni Platform, so be sure to make a not of the dates on which Certification will be held so you do not miss a day.
2. Earn & Learn
Since you are not paid for the time you are within Certification, Earn and Lean is the interim step between Certification and Production. This will allow you to earn revenue taking calls for the client, while learning how to conduct yourself during calls.
3. HOOPs or (Hours of Operations)
Within the HOOPs Section of your GCO you will see the clients' hours of operation, this means this is the time you are expected to work and schedule yourself for the Client. Note the time zone your client is in. You will also notice within this section of your GCO where you will find the minimum hours a week you must schedule for the Client.
4. Contract Length
Within this section of your GCO you will see the term for the Contract with the client, please make a note of this and if the contract automatically renews or ends permanently after the specified time frame.
5. Metrics
Within this section of your GCO is where you will see the metrics or call parameters you are expected to meet for the client once you are in production. Make a note of this section as this will ensure continued success while you are in production for the client.
Compensation Terms
Within the Production Incentive section of your GCO are the terms and conditions to earn the incentive once you have completed the outlined items by the end of Certification and Earn and Learn. Be sure to review this section and the terms and dates outlined to earn your production incentive.
