Contractor Earnings Definitions

Earned Revenue – all earnings earned during the cycle(s) described above in accordance with the pay structure of the program/campaign you’re currently servicing including but not limited to production or certification incentives, productive hours, surge incentives and/or retroactive payments.

Productive Hours – is a measurement of the amount of work accomplished during a specific time frame in fulfillment of the functional tasks or duties of your current program/campaign. The definition of productive hour will vary depending on the program/campaign. Non-productive time such as break, lunch, offline hours, etc. are not included in earnings.

**Earnings structure – is the program/campaign specific measurement system in which each contractor is paid based upon the total number of hours worked during the week. Each earnings structure can take different factors into account to calculate appropriate earnings rates, from utilizing hours worked to measuring performance and goals achieved.

Opportunity Announcement – is the document that outlines critical things to know about a new gig with Omni Interactions such as compensation overview what we also called service revenue. It also includes hours of operations and the days of the week as well as how long the project/campaign is supposed to last among other items.

Tiered Earnings Rate – a tiered earnings plan is an earnings methodology that determines a contractor’s earnings rate based on total hours worked and performance during a set earnings period.

Example: $14.10 per hour for 25 hours or less each week, $17.1 per hour when total worked hours are 25.01/week or more.

• Total Hours Worked 28 hours

o 28 hours * $17.10 = $478.80

Banded Earnings Rate – a banded earnings plan is an earnings methodology that is based on total hours worked grouped by different bands or group of hours (i.e., 01 – 20 hours, 21 and above, etc.) and a different earnings rate is assigned to each band or group of hours.

Example: $15 per hour for 25 hours or less each week, $20 per hour ONLY for hours over 25.01/week

• Total Hours Worked 28 hours

o 25 hours * $15.00 = $375.00

o 3 hours * $20.00 = $60.00
